Counselling Age 12 – 18

Anywhere in the UK online, also in school based services. In private practice parental consent and engagement required for under 16 (Scotland), under 18 (Rest of UK).

• Working through developmental stages.
• Neurodiversity: Autism, ADD, ADHD aware.
• Adolescent suicidal ideation and self-harm.
• Relationships: family difficulties, friendships and romance.
• Person centred approach to sexuality and gender identity.
• Adolescent depression, mood regulation, stress and anxiety.
• Substance use, drugs, alcohol and other risk taking behaviours.

Attachment Based Family Therapy (Informed Practice)

• Building long term secure child / parent relationships.
• Exploring why teens can’t take problems to their parents.
• Resolving family conflict when it’s a contributor to the problem.

Supervision

Clinical supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists working in any modality subject to mutual agreement.

• For school based counsellors.
• For counsellors working with adults in all settings.
• For counsellors working with children and young people.

Fees

All counselling is offered in 50 minute sessions.

All work with individuals and families – £50.00

Clinical Supervision – £45.00 1 hr or £55.00 1.5 hr.
