Before qualifying to become a counsellor I was a GHR Registered Analytical Hypnotherapist, prior to that I worked for twenty years in Local Government Integrated Health and Social Care Services. I was a mentor and leader in the delivery of person centred care, challenging behaviour strategy, training and team management.
As a counsellor and psychotherapist I work with people at every stage of life from age twelve up. In addition to working with adults in individual therapy I counsel teens in schools, families struggling with the adolescent stage of life and adults either one to one or as couples within family therapy.
